The Daiki Axis Group
Crystal Clear is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Daiki Axis, an environmental-engineering group listed in Japan.
Daiki Axis is an environmental-protection company established more than six decades ago in Japan, in 1958. Over the years it has grown internationally through subsidiaries across China, Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Singapore.
In 2018, Daiki Axis acquired Crystal Clear Contractor Pte Ltd, a well-established Singapore swimming-pool maintenance provider, as its wholly-owned subsidiary. The acquisition accelerated the group's globalisation, and brought Crystal Clear the backing of a listed parent with deep roots in water treatment.
The group is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE: 4245), with its Singapore operations held through Daiki Axis Singapore Pte Ltd.
